Legal grounds
We process personal data under KVKK Article 5/2 (c) where necessary to establish or perform a contract and (f) for our legitimate interests; analytics and advertising cookies rely on your consent where required.
Who receives it
Data is shared only with service providers for the purposes above: web hosting and email (Google), analytics and advertising (Google Ads, Yandex Metrica, Google Firebase), messaging (WhatsApp). Their servers may be located outside Türkiye; transfers follow KVKK Article 9.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Ads conversion measurement and Yandex Metrica (including click maps and session recording). We also keep our own anonymous visit statistics: page viewed, traffic source, device type and a random visitor code stored in your browser; no name, IP address or contact details are recorded. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some measurements will stop working, the site remains usable.
Retention
Requests and correspondence are kept for as long as the business relationship and legal retention obligations require, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn the recipients, object, and claim compensation. Send requests to info@solofilmtr.com or the postal address above; we reply within 30 days.
